Our self-check-in hotels in Bremen do not have a classic reception. You can conveniently check in and check out yourself – so nothing stands in the way of a late evening or night arrival. Possible waiting times at the reception can also be easily bypassed. Enjoy the special freedom of traveling with the Perlhuhn guesthouses!

HOW DOES THE SELF-CHECK-IN WORK?
In our guesthouses there are different systems for self-check-in. Here you will find a step by step explanation for your check-in.

HÖPKENS RUH
You book a room at Höpkens Ruh online and receive a digital booking confirmation (Attention: room number and key code are not yet included here).
The room number and key code will be emailed to you the day before. For check-in, have the information ready on your cell phone or printed out.
At the entrance door of Gästehaus Höpkens Ruh you will find a digital combination lock. Here you can enter the key code.
If the entry is correct and confirmed with the arrow key, the door opens and you can turn the door knob.
The room number will lead you to your room. Here you also need to enter the code.
FLIEGENDES PERLHUHN
You book a room at the Flying Guinea Fowl online and receive a digital booking confirmation with the access code.
For check-in, have the booking confirmation with access code ready on your cell phone or printed out.
At the check-in machine, first select your language.
You can choose between “I have a reservation” or “I would like to reserve” for spontaneous bookings.
If you have a reservation, the best way for the machine to find your booking is by using your last name or access codes.
Following you need to check your data. Is everything correct? Put a signature.
The last step: you can pay your booking in advance or directly at the machine. Just like at the supermarket checkout.
Finally, you will receive a receipt with key code for the front door as well as for your room door.
The codes are entered at the front door and at the room door. Confirm with the arrow key and the doors will open.
Spontaneous booking is also possible at our vending machines, depending on room availability. To do this, simply select “I would like to reserve” and follow the instructions on the screen.
FRECHES PERLHUHN
You book a room at Frechen Perlhuhn online and receive a digital booking confirmation with the access code.
For check-in, have the booking confirmation with access code ready on your cell phone or printed out.
At the check-in machine, first select your language.
Select “I have a reservation”.
If you have a reservation, the machine will find the corresponding booking using your last name or access codes.
Following you need to check your data. Is everything correct? Put a signature.
The last step: you can pay your booking in advance or directly at the machine. Just like at the supermarket checkout.
Finally, you will receive your key card, which will open the entrance to the house as well as your room door.
By the way, you can request multiple key cards from our vending machine. So you remain flexible even with several guests!
